About the Collection
Every item shown is hand made and individual. The goal in each product created is to unleash the natural beauty already present in the wood by demonstrating their grain patterns and color. Often times I will pair contrasting woods in an item to bring out the beauty of the different wood species. The items shown in the pictures are the actual products available for purchase or a near duplicate of that item. Cutting boards are constructed of a variety of woods from the United States and all over the world. The pieces of wood with natural edges are all locally sourced and have been found in or around Pennsylvania. Often times the pieces with natural edges were headed for the firewood pile but I was able to find them a more honorable use. Colors are all natural, there are no stains used for enhancement.
