Medium "Rainbow" Cutting Board/Serving Piece

This is an exciting new board for the person that loves color. The woods demonstrate their natural color and there is no staining or wood dyes used.  The edge of the board is made of purpleheart which as the name implies is purple. The next colorful wood is called padauk and has a reddish-orange color.  The strip in the center is yellow and the tree this comes from is actually called osage orange, because of the fruit, not the color.  There are strips of maple between the colored woods. The dimensions are 15" x 9" and about 1" thick. The board is coated with several layers of a food safe mineral oil formulation and then hand buffed with beeswax. There are rubber feet on the bottom to prevent slippage on a countertop.
